I would like to thank you and your staff for your help in getting me and Tiger safely and quickly back from Portugal, although after the treatment I got, Thank you doesn't seem enough.
On arrival to pick myself and Tiger up Luke could not have been more helpful, he kept me informed of the plans for the journey, he was very accommodating to make our journey as pleasant as possible, his concern for the welfare of Tiger was equal to mine, nothing was to much trouble for him.
I cannot praise your staff enough, even when I was phoning from Portugal your office staff made sure I was looked after and all my "worries" were dealt with and not made to feel like another Paranoid own

Hello all
Just wanted to thank you for all your help in organising my horses transport and transporting them both back from Germany. Both the drivers couldn’t have been more helpful when they dropped them off and the horses were both very well cared for and considering were not yet backed or really even touched by human contact they did an amazing job getting them over to me all safe and sound and perfectly happy. Once again I can't thank you and the drivers enough, I certainly will be recommending ETA to anyone I know who needs horse transport. I just wish i’d have known about you sooner as I’d have used you for the last two we brought over.

Hello all at ETA,
Just wanted to say a big thank you for bring our pony Steel.
We were really worried about shipping him from England to Holland one because we were not there and two we have never seen him and didn`t know how the shipping would go and three this was the first time we had shipped a pony and didn`t have a clue on what was needed and cost etc...
You took care of everything and he arrived in top form. The only thing I done was gave you the details and made sure the pony and passport was there.... never thought it could be so easy and the cost... well I couldn`t of collected him for that amount.
Fantasic job done guys and a really helpfully friendly team who know`s what they are doing!!!

I know that I have already thanked you personally, but I also wanted to put in writing my heartfelt and sincere thanks to you and all your staff for safely and efficiently transporting my beloved 19 year Cachou to his retirement home in Leyrat, France. I understand he arrived chilled out and relaxed, despite the long journey from Dover to the centre of France. The whole exercise was dealt with most professionally and compassionately by both your staff and your drivers, particularly Christy in the office who had to deal with my needless fretting and Jon one of your drivers who had to witness my tearful wobble when he came to collect Cachou as it marked not only the end of a 15 year riding partnership but also the end of my riding days. I was therefore so pleased when it was Jon who delivered Cachou to his new home.
I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone wishing to transport their horse or pony. In fact please feel free to pass my number to any potential customer who needs some reassurance before deciding to choose ETA and I would be happy to speak to them.

Please pass on my sincere thanks to Jon & Nick whose arrival at the yard in Holland caused instant calm I particularly liked the way they both took time out to get to know Vardi for a time before attempting to load him. When the time came he walked up the ramp with them with never a backward glance. They were also great at keeping me informed even texting me at midnight to say he was in your stable in Dover calmly eating hay.
When the time comes to move my new horse to the UK to join Vardi I know who I will be calling.

He contacted me last night to let me know he would be arriving this morning. He contacted me this morning when he left the yard to give me an approx time of arrival at my yard. I would like to thank all the team at ETA for providing such a professional and understanding transport service for nine of my miniature ponies. Taking them to Cairo was a very big worry (especially as they arrived the day the riots started!) but the team did a sterling job and made everything straight forward and a LOT less worrying. I was very impressed with the care they took of the ponies and also the after care making sure we were all safe and sound and settled in OK. I just wanted to say thankyou very much for your efforts in getting our TREC Team to the recent European Championships in Austria and back home in one piece.
We really appreciated your levels of service both in the office and particularly with Heidi, who was an absolute star in keeping us informed of how the horses were and looking after them so well en route.
When she dropped out of the lorry in Austria and then spoke fluent German to all the mad people trying to tell us what to do, I didn't want her to leave!

Dear all at ETA,
During a very busy and stressful time when I was selling my house and packing up all my possessions, as well as getting my dogs and cat ready for export to Spain, ETA managed the export of my beloved horse Bridie. They collected her from my yard, were very professional but friendly and reassuring, and looked after her beautifully at their farm in Dover. They sent me photos of her and kept me updated on her wellbeing while she was waiting to be transported.
I cannot thank Graham and the staff at ETA enough for their kindness and for keeping me informed and reassured at every step along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to export a horse - ETA are real professionals with a marvellous horsebox and very caring, considerate staff. When she arrived in the south of Spain, she had travelled wonderfully and had obviously not been at all stressed by the five-day journey. The drivers had looked after her very well and gave me a thorough account of how she had been. She skipped off the horsebox looking fresh as a daisy and has now settled well into her new home at the top of the mountaim!

Hi Sue,
The ponies did arrive in Sweden after a stern email to the other transporter whom was supposed to transport them in September (they stood at the transporters place for 3months - which we were not happy with). They didn't get close to being as professional as your company have been, I shall certainly not do the same mistake again and use anybody else but your company for transporting horses.
The pony we sent in the beginning of the year arrived ever so fresh when you transported him over :) this time with the bad transporter they arrived in a really bad state, quite annoyed with that. But we live and learn, I shall definitely recommend your company to people :)

Just a quick note to say "Thank you very much" for transporting Masquerade to me here in Spain. He arrived yesterday evening and was absolutely fine. He had a bit of a run around last night to stretch his legs and has been his usual laid back self today - quite happy here in the sunshine. Thank you also to the two girls who were driving the lorry - they were great with him.

We want to thank you and Sue so much for your moral support, kindness and friendliness. It made a tremendous difference to Emily, who had absolute confidence that Tequila was in good hands. Indeed from the moment that the lorry arrived we felt reassured. The driver was like some sort of Pied Piper, casting an enchantment over all the horses with his whistling. Even the little herd that Tequila left behind - usually frenetic when one of them left the field - seemed calm and mesmerised. We think that the ETA must simply be the best, and are so glad we chose you.

I would like to send you a note for you to put on your website, as promised. I am sorry it has taken so long to get in touch.
I would like to say that I used ETA in December 2008 to move my 2 horses from Lancashire to Cyprus. I found the service professional and caring, particularly as I cried when they were collected from my home and the drivers who collected them were very understanding and patient, with me!! (the horses were fine)
On arrival in Cyprus my horses were delivered to my door and were happy to see me.
I would like to thank you for all your help and the efforts put in by everyone concerned throughout the whole journey. I would not hesitate to use you again, and can strongly recommend your services. I have attached a photo of me riding Ella and leading Willb in their new home.

I had to email you to thank you for collecting and delivering Magie to me safe and sound. I am very impressed with the professional way in which you executed this transaction on my behalf and the expertise and patience that your driver demonstrated in loading and caring for the mare.

1 Stallion - Flight and transfers from USA to Derby, England, shared load 05/11/08
Flying my horse from the USA was a very daunting task but, thanks to ETA it has been an easy ride! My horse arrived in Amsterdam, was cared for overnight and collected and taken to Dover for another nights rest. He then arrived in style at my home in Derby fit and well. Both Sue and Franck the driver who delivered him have done an excellent job and considering the horse is an Arabian Stallion I cannot thank you all at ETA enough.
